Kinesiology tape roll not only has become a common accessory for high-level athletes, but also for active men and women who have ever injured themselves during a workout. There’s nothing better to help you keep exercising while dealing with various aches or minor injuries. Mighty-X k tape roll provides immediate pain relief for sore muscles and supports injured joints by helping to reduce spasms. Using kinesiology tape allows the injury to heal properly with less risk of further strain.
Regular knee tape for knee pain is made of cotton that loses its elasticity in under 3 days, so you can’t count on reliable support for long. The breathable, thin, and lightweight fabric of Mighty-X trans tape provides long-lasting elasticity and strong support for up to 7 days without limiting your range of motion.
Due to the kinesiology tape waterproof fabric, your muscle tape pain relief application will last longer without peeling or fraying even after a hard sweaty workout or a long relaxing shower. This nylon material is designed to repel water and dry quicker than regular tape. You don’t have to re-apply the sport tape kinesiology backing every day—it saves you money!

This is the worst k-tape style product I have ever used. It does not allow you to control the stretch the way a traditional woven K tape does, and it barely sticks. The corners start to roll immediately, and it barely hangs on for a full day, and not that long if you’re sweating at all.
I have used plenty of different brands and am very good about never touching the sticky side, using sharp scissors to creat clean, smooth corners (I have a special pair of scissors just for this purpose), etc. so it’s not user error. I only tried this on the promise it was waterproof because I wanted something I didn’t have to replace every time I surfed, but honestly Rock Tape is so much better, and doesn’t even call itself waterproof. I can only say I’m glad I got the three pack as I will probably have to use all of it rehabing one injury, and I will be sticking to what I know works in the future. I recommend you do the same.

UPDATE 5/13/24: reduced to 2 stars b/c factory changed the manufacturing of the tape and it dramatically effected the performance that justified 5 stars in my first review. New tape is thicker and more rigid and more prone to come up on the ends – the ends come up within the first day. Previous tape was so thin that clothes barely knicked it and edges rarely came up (you’ll see this is a complaint with other tapes and now it’s my complaint with this tape starting around mid-2023) the longevity and durability was probably the biggest selling point for me because longevity is something so many desire that have chronic joint conditions or need long-term stability, especially a partner is needed to help applying it. See attached photos with change in paper backing, color, thickness, wave pattern beneath the tape. The tape in teh instructional videos is not the tape in your box. Also the thickness has slightly modified it’s extensibility (not as stretchy) which affects how it performs when you move so have to adjust tape lengths than previous tape to get the desired stability vs. facilitation effect. Before could hardly tell i was wearing tape as it truly felt like skin, and now it’s obviously bulkier tape and it just doesn’t stick well over time with exercise. Now I am on the look out for another best long wear tape but the change in tape manufacturing has resulted in a lower quality tape for me in all aspects (read below review) and seems to align with other tapes on the market, but the longevity is still better than breathable cotton tapes. It is the only Nylon tape to my knowledge and I love the smooth feel of it so that’s positive. Note that tape DOES NOT STICK TO ITSELF! So if you need a tape that’s going to overlap, this one is NOT for you. Please read that!! Tape on skin only! The previous tape was unlike anything on the market – best I’ve ever used. The characteristics of the tape rolls also seem to be different with each box so I think they have internal quality control issues: color, thickness, asdhesive, etc. are inconsistent. Not sure what drove the remanufacturing of the tape. Mighty-X would not respond to any of my questions or complaints. Product just overall took a big step back 😔 And Mighty-X would not respond to my emails to help with my questions. Very disappointed. And if you sort by “most recent reviews”, you’ll see that they are mostly very negative.
Previous rating 11/20: So tape is awesome. It’s extremely durable and wears for 5-days easily. I used it for anterior shoulder dislocations and it’s great not having to change it. They recently discontinued Spider Tech’s Pro Nitto-Denko brand that i’ve been using for years, and i’m glad. This is much better. For me, the extensibility of RockTape and KT tape is too much and allows for functional range of motion at the expense of stability. And neither is even close to this product in durability, trust me, I’ve tried them all. KT Extreme Pro is the most durable and longest lasting of the others mentioned, but it’s much thicker and doesn’t provide stability… more for muscle facilitation. So this is the best of all worlds: facilitates muscle activity (or reduces depending on application), is extremely thin so doesn’t catch on clothes, stays on for many days (at least 5 for me but i do use a retractable shower and try to go around the tape and then cleanse the skin with alcohol upon application) – make sure to active the ends of this tape with friction/heat b/c they will come up upon application, love the color as it’s very light and matches my skin, and biggest thing of all is that it has reduced the anterior subluxing of my shoulder and dramatically reduced pain. I hope they don’t discontinue this one any time soon. This tape is great for stability and b/c it’s synthetic (i think that’s why) it retains it’s form for longer as well and so it doesn’t get stretched out so quickly – RockTape is notorious for this. Other tapes are designed for performance where as stated, range of motion isn’t sacrificed, muscle facilitation helps promote stability/function/and strength… but this is at the expense of inherent joint instability that isn’t as controlled as well by muscle facilitation. The longevity of the tape by itself is enough for me to highly endorse it, as well as the fell, color, thickness… just a wonderful tape. Kinesio tape was a game changer for me because i have a condition called Ehlers Danlos or benign joint hyper-mobility spectrum disorder… and without tape i’m in pain and not very functional. With the right tape, this tape, I’m highly functional. Doesn’t irritate my skin but each person is different there.

I recommend this product. It holds well even after heavy sports use.
Here is my use case (so you know how i use it)
I play basketball 1x week for 1.5-2 hrs. I have weak ankles. I have purchased several tapes. This is the only one i reviewed.
Last time I bought this was mid-May. There are 3 rolls. I have finished 1 and using my 2nd one. In order to prevent ankle sprains I need tape (i use 2 strips per ankle) both of my ankles for support. My high top shoes is not enough to prevent sprains.
Even after playing 1.5 to 2 hrs, the tape holds up. I round the edges to make sure they don’t get snagged when I put my socks on. Initially I thought the tape was flimsy or too flexible (compared to the cotton ones). I have gotten used to these and prefer this one over cotton. The cotton one (from a different vendor) usually comes off partially after my game (sometimes putting my socks on will snag and “ball up” the edges. This one does not.
I also cut thinner strips to wrap my finger. Using the cotton ones, they usually come off partially before my game ends. But not this one. This tape holds firm.
To determine if this is the tape for you, you need to consider how you will use the tape/how long. You also need to figure out if you want pre-cut or you cut yourself. Pre-cuts don’t work for me bec they are too long so you end up with lots of waste. Then is it cotton or not? For me, I have found the tape that works for my use – this one!
The only thing I would suggest to vendor is to have the measurement lines printed on the back. Other tapes that I have ordered have this. This one does not so you left guessing how long you want to cut. But regardless, I would buy this one again. Now I am looking for narrower ones for my fingers.

I need a shoulder replacement, unfortunately it’s not scheduled for another month. This tape has been a game changer. It alleviates my pain so I can sleep. I didn’t give the 5 stars because the glue has given me a slight rash. I guess my skin is sensitive to the adhesive.

Arrived on time. Took advantage of the videos about how to correctly apply the tape, and bonus: it works! Watching the videos was helpful because there are nuances to successful waterproof application

This is a good product. Showering is fine with it on, but don’t expect to swim with it. 10 minutes in the pool and it was peeling. Over all good product for light workout and daily activity.

Works great stretches enough but not too much! Really is waterproof and stays on til you take it off. I used it on my foot for plantar fasciitis/heel spur and could tell when I didn’t use it.

I highly recommend this tape. I also use other brands of K tapes for different remedial purposes.
I have used kinesiology tape on myself and others. By applying negative pressure, within a few minutes, people can feel the improvement. Usually, DO NOT stretch the tape and DO NOT apply the stretched tape on your skin, every movement pulls the tape and your skin and irritates your skin. The correct way to use the kinesiology tape is applying negative pressure. Google “kinesiology tape negative pressure” and you will figure out how to apply it.
If I have to stabilize a rib bone with hair fracture, I stretched the middle part of tape and leave a large part of both ends unstretched.
I have already purchased 3 times as I wanted to stock up the tapes as the seller only allowed a purchase of one box each time when I bought them and the seller also increased the price over time. But the price is still cheaper than other brands.
Amy –
despite the adhesion being strong and durable, it contains something that my skin does not like – I wore it for 5 days and experienced severe itchiness the entire time – so much so that it kept me awake at night more so than the pain I was trying to minimize via kinesiotaping. Also, the tape, after 5 days, was extremely difficult and painful to remove. My skin was raw and I had to wait a week before using a different tape to let me skin heal.
Trinity Noelle –
I purchased this tape for my husband to use as an extra layer of support for a weak ankle during days of construction job exertion. One application lasted several days, even with daily showers. The stretch was just enough to provide him support without too much give, and his daily ankle pain decreased while using under his work boots. The videos provided excellent guidance to proper application. We will be purchasing again!!!
My only suggestion would be to add a measuring guide on the back to allow for easy cutting of strips to size.
Katherine –
Sticks fine even if wet. Thought it was going to be thicker than it was. Helps stabilize my wrist.
MrsQwnBee –
I read reviews that this was “the stuff” waterproof wise.
Welllllllllllll not so fast.
Where I’m needing to put it (hand/thumb and foot) it doesn’t last nearly as long as I’d like and need it to.
I clean my skin with rubbing alcohol before placing them and I might get a whole day out of the hand/thumb, but the foot? I might get 8 hours out of it?
I’m sure it works for areas that dont get water (hand) and sweat (foot) on it constantly. But not so much for where I need it.

I compete in two high-impact sports and often find myself reaching for Kinesiology tape to give my joints/muscles some support (mostly on my legs; calf, Achilles, arch, etc). For me, this synthetic fabric just didn’t work as well as other brands of (cloth) kinesiology tape. I found this the tape would be peeling away by the end of my workouts, presumably from sweat, and the tape also didn’t stick to itself very well (e.g. when I use it to support my Achilles tendon, at one point I’m crossing strips of tape over each other) and would also result in the tape rolling up and staying in place. I find I have to replace this tape after every workout, whereas other brands I’ve used, I can usually have it last 3-4 days.
NBV –
Part of me was hoping for a cloth texture because that’s what I was accustomed to from my OT. However, the material was better than I originally expected. A stretchy, thin vinyl-like material that adheres very well without damaging the skin upon removal. I do find it very difficult to separate the backing from the tape which is my only real complaint. I’m not sure if there is really a fix for that. It does what it’s supposed to and that’s what counts. I’d buy it again.
capnb –
The tape burned my skin. Hesitant to ue again. It took about 10 days for the burn to go away. I was looking forward to use.
Virginia Dempsey –
I found this tape, not to stay on long and didn’t help the pain any hand. (KT tape did). Also when I got it wet it did not stay on well. Had to use more so to me it is a waste.
BaaBee3 –
I was thrilled when I saw this Kinesiology Athletic Tape on Amazon. The reviews were excellent, the price was certainly right, and I knew my friend would love it. Not so much, unfortunately! I had the three rolls shipped directly to her, and she just reported back to me that, although it’s very lightweight and silky feeling, the ends don’t stick nearly as well as some of the other brands she’s used in the past. She said, although she rounded the edges and applied it according to directions, the ends lifted almost immediately and didn’t stay adhered to her leg. Wish I could give a more positive review, but I’m just repeating what she told me.
Bonnie O’ –
I’ve been using kinesiologic tape off and on for several years and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed. It is extremely thin and body-less so it rolls and buckles with the slightest effort. Where most k – tapes need approx 1 to 1 1/2” to anchor, I have to allow 2 to 3 inches of this stuff or it refuses to hold, no matter how much rubbing or heat to secure it before going to the stretch. Anything more than about 25% tension and the tape is one mangled mess; rolling in longways or flipping under on the edges to stick to itself. The times I was able to manage a decent tape job, it would kind of stay in place for 2 days at best. And while it’s a small detail, this tape has nothing on the backside but the logo to help determine how much tape to cut. Of all the brands I’ve used, this is the first that doesn’t have the helpful incremental markings. Because I wasn’t at home I didn’t have the time to deal with a return, but I will NEVER buy this brand again. Picked up some of the real deal when I got a chance and what’s left of this is going in my 1st aid kit. Maybe it will hold a bandage in place in an emergency… 😐
Hannah Newman –
This worked just as it said it would, with only one issue. They stuck to me too good lol. It hurt a lot to peal off (to the point where it ripped off skin and peach fuzz) but it definitely worked really well. I used it to help with my posture and it’s just enough stretchy and firm to keep my shoulders back. Great product.
knonee –
The tape provided a lot of stability for my neck especially, and I’m happy with the results from it. The quality is very good and the non-adhesive side is really smooth. I love the how-to videos, they make it easy to understand the application process. The only thing I didn’t like was that the adhesive was a little *too* sticky and it hurt when I peeled it off.
Paulie –
It was great to have a QR code with video for application instructions. However, there was nothing re: application for hip labral tears.
Kyla –
Works well though it is a little difficult to learn and apply. Sometimes you need an extra hand for certain areas on the body. I find that it really does bring me pain relief and stability. Also helps me move a little more confidently. The edges tend to peal and roll up, but usually maintains enough adhesion to stay on and provide relief. Cutting and rounding the corners helps a bit. I will buy more when this is gone.

Good product overall. I use it to wrap my big toe that I have had chronic healing issues with. The tape sticks well to skin but doesn’t stick as well to the tape itself. I add an additional piece of athletic tape to secure the wrap. Will continue to use the product I like the breathability and the protection I get from using the tape.

Product is being used to ease shoulder pain from rotator cuff problems, due to years of hard work.
This nylon tape stays attached much better than other products which were made with cotton outer surface.
Since haven’t been using too long, can’t completely assess its success, except to say it is easy to cut and apply, and comfortable to wear; also lasts well; good price!
Thank you! Keep up the good work!
monique gutzwiller –
Didn’t as well as I would’ve liked.
You get a decent amount for the price.
Might work better not being used as boob tape.

I was really excited to see this product due to its great price point. Looks nice and was easy to measure and cut the strips and even applying was pretty easy….but the stick was awful. I applied to the top of my hand which was clean and dry…but after only a couple of minutes of pickleball play, it began peeling up and within 10 minutes it was hopeless. I’m really disappointed but hopefully others will have better luck. I’ve already ordered a more well known brand that is supposed better at staying put during exercise.
Debbie c. Burris –
No matter how much I rub this tape once I start moving around it comes loose. Never had this problem with other brands
ReviewMistress –
I have bursitis in my shoulder. There are a ton of videos out there with different positions to tape up. I applied it the first time but I think I need some practice to find what works for me. The adhesion is good and leaves a small stickiness behind but washes off. I have a skin sensitivity to latex resulting in red swelling; I have no issues with this tape. I was able to feel my tissues being supported but I think it could be better once I get more practice with application.
MJ –
I will give this a decent review because it did adhere and do what I expected. Downfall I guess I’m allergic to the adhesive. I broke out in less than an hr of application. I thought it was just warm from the rubbing to help adhere correctly. I was wrong my skin wasn’t happy.

The best purchase ever, I am using the tape for taping my mouth shut when I run my CPAP machine to keep from getting a dry throat. I was using a 1″ from NexCare using three 5″ strips. with the 2″ strips from Kinesiology I just use one 6″ strip. Also I can’t believe it but I can reuse the tape for four days. I am so happy I could cry. I saved over 50% in cost.

This tape works well for many types of injuries. I broke my big toe and this tape as helped me support the toe. It sticks well and doesn’t hurt when you take it off. (unless you use it on a hairy spot) My son hurt his knee and he has hairy legs so it hurt everytime he moved his leg. It stays on even when wet. I personally don’t like to wear it after it get soaking wet but only because it takes a long time to try but if it gets wet from a shower it dries faster.

Suffer from ankle pain and this tape was used at the hospital I was at, it worked great so decided to purchase one and very happy with it
Amazon Customer –
This kinesio tape was an amazing buy. I use similar tapes a lot. They are typically much more expensive for similar/ inferior quality.
This is a steal. I can purchase 3 rolls for the price of what other brands charge for 1.
I prefer the synthetic tape over the cotton as it lasts longer. This one stays on up until the point I want to peel it off. The edges also dont unstick or tear like other brands I’ve used. The material is extremely soft, drys fast, and is minimally impacted by water. No irritation!
I highly recommend it!
Vicky Ballmes –
This three-pack of kinesiology sports tape is a great deal and works really well. I like that it’s waterproof and a good width, and since it’s beige and I’m caucasian it blends in with my skin so it’s not readily apparent that I’m wearing anything to support my knee. The instructions on the box are thorough and indispensable for using the product correctly, and they include a link to a website with 35 videos about further uses and showing how to apply the tape correctly.

Helped my wife’s moderate back pain (result of pregnancy) by supporting muscles on either side of her spine. Easy to apply and relatively little pain when pulling off (it does pull on small hairs – be careful). There are lots of videos online that show how to use it for different situations.

This tape worked well to support my ankle after a case of plantar fasciitis

The product looks nice but it does not stick. I tried it out twice and could not get it to stay despite following the instructions. Then once I removed it it left chemical burns/blisters on my skin. I returned it at once for a refund.
Lisa Smith –
The tape doesn’t adhere well. It rolls and comes off under clothing within a day. I’m used to brand KT tape. It’s okay in a pinch when I know I’ll change it more frequently. The material is a shiny, stretchy tape, and I’m not confident with stability. As, far as pain relief it does help. I believe in the science behind kinesiology taping.
Amazon Customer –
It wouldn’t stay put around my knee caps. I don’t know if I pulled too tight on the tape or what but it didn’t last a day. I did like the feel of it better than what I usually purchase but, I had to go back to what I normally buy. Hope it works better for others.
Alan R. Vance –
I have bad back pain and my chiropractor recommended taping my back for the pain. She did it the first time and it was wonderful! Since then, I have my husband do it for me, after my shower, and this tape is almost as good as the professional tape which is much more expensive! It gives the same pain relief that I need!

I have used several brands of kinesio tape and this is by far the worst. I started out using Kinesio Gold, which is a great tape but a little pricey. I them discovered Refun, which worked equally as well. Or at least the neutral color did. When I purchased the black colored tape from them, it about ripped our skin off, which is what led me to try this product (I was afraid to purchase from them again after 3 days of raw skin). Immediately out of the box I did not like the texture of the tape. Instead of having a more cloth feel like some of the other tapes, this one has a more plastic feel. It also does not stretch as well as the other kinesio tapes I’ve used and it does not last. I just put it on this morning and already it was rolling off 2 hours later. I have worn some of the other ones for up to 3 days. I definitely do not recommend this tape at all.

I have very weak ankles and I ballroom dance. The color is a good neutral color, the videos are helpful and the tape is thin enough that I can tape my ankles and still fit into my dance shoes. I found the tape as stable as other options. The tape isn’t super sticky but stays in place. I had no problems removing it when I was done.

I am a retired licensed physical therapist and I find your tape to be superior to most. I use it extensively. My only complaint is there are no calibrations on the back. This feature is a clinical convenience and allows for more Precise documentation. Currently I use it daily on my hand to support my thumb and it doesn’t irritate my hand as long as I keep it dry. If it gets wet the tape stays on but the skin gets macerated, especially on my hand.
Caden D. –
Hands down the WORST tape I have ever purchased. I have HDS and tape my joints several times a week to help with sports. I bought this specifically for swimming and was very excited. The tape did not even last 2 hours of my 6 hour swim. It came off super easily and was not sticky in the slightest. One piece even fell off in the water without me touching it. It is definitely NOT waterproof. Horrible product do not waste your money. I bought 2 boxes and I am very disappointed

This kinesiology tape, although a bit difficult to apply, seems to be helpful in preventing pain in areas that are prone to it on my body while I am exercising. My ankle in particular has given me trouble in the past and so far this tape helps it.

My skin usually reddens under tape but did not redden while wearing this! Took less than 2 feet of tape to support my heel and ankle. easier to remove than I thought it would be — used warm water and hand lotion instead of baby oil as suggested.

3 rolls for the price of 1 of the one I was using! I was skeptical, but it does everything it promises. I wear this to support my kneecap. It is soft and flexible, doesn’t fray, lasts sooooo long through showers and swimming, and doesn’t rub on clothing so I don’t have the rolling up under my pants legs anymore! Thank you for a tape that does it all.

GREAT PRODUCT! the adhesive on the tape lasts long and is durable so it can stay on for multiple days to add relief. The decompression and pain relief it provides is helpful and aids your ability to function with relief.

Have been using this tape for tummy and back support during pregnancy and it has been great! Better than bump support bands. So secure that it stays on during workouts, showers and swims in the pool. I like the price compared to other brands like KT tape, but it’s false advertising to say it’s waterproof. It’s actually quite the opposite. When it gets wet it absorbs water completely through, causing it to lose adhesion and falls off.

This works about half as good as KT tape. It does the job for a bit but it’s too thin and rolls on the edges when trying to stretch it. It started coming off after about 30 mins of light movement even though I used rubbing alcohol on the area first.
Placeholder –
The amount you get is very reasonable, BUT
WOW! It itches like crazy! All applications when on clean skin. Took antihistamine to alleviate itching. That did not help because when I finally pulled it of 3 dys later, blistering and raw skin. Then I tried for just a few hours different area–blistering again.
The edges come off easily, but the middle sticks too much every 2 inches or so. So sticky that it pulls skin up even with application of rubbing alcohol. Very odd for sure. Returning.
It may work for you. It could be my chemistry on my skin. Or bad batch. Quality control practices? It just did not work for me.

We use kinesiology tape for mostly knees and blister protection. We were running out of the roll of the brand we usually use, and I decided to try this one out. My son had a blister on the outside of each big toe. I was using a blister bandaid, and then wrapping the toes in kinesiology tape to hold the bandaid on. This brand did not hold as well as the other brand we’ve been using. It feels much smoother and comfortable between the toes. My son commented on how much better it felt. However, the tape just slide down to the base of both of his toes after playing about an hour of a soccer game.

This stuff isn’t very good at all. It’s super thin. It also doesn’t stay on well. Other brands last for days and this starts falling off after one night. It is also supposed to be waterproof. It doesn’t adhere very well at all. While it is better than nothing, it isn’t great. I’ve used two other tapes before this and they have prevented pain. With this one I woke up in agony from my carpal tunnel syndrome. It is also very difficult to smooth it down. The only good thing is the amount you get and the neutral color.

I like the price of this tape.
It’s very thin so pain wise it’s not as effective as others I’ve used. I use it for pain but this only gave me about 25% relief.
It is very skin friendly.

Great adhesion, if you know what you’re doing it can be a big help. Problem was the glue irritated my wife’s skin so we had to stop using.
Holds really well to skin; DO NOT try to pull off of skin too early, it may irritate.

The tape sticks very well….and I like the speediness of receiving the tape…I use Kinesio tape a lot and use to purchase from Japan, and the product took too long to reach me.
I will order your tape again.

Good:1.lowest price compared with other products
Bad:
1) poor quality: stays glued marks that last for ever, even I worked on it to remove it.
2) it is stiff and not breathing material
3) do not last longer then a day.

This product is a little different than other products I’ve used. Other products were a little thicker and made mostly of cotton, this is more a synthetic material. The tape sticks well and it lasts 3 days without peeling or curling at the ends. It doesn’t leave a sticky residue like others. The only thing I wish was that it had a grid on the back side to make it easier to cut squarely.

I’ve ordered this tape before and it is absolutely fantastic but this particular order came with the top spool ( there are three in the package ) having the plastic seal removed already and partially used. It was also off the spool. I’ve added photos here to explain how I found it when I opened the box.

Really stabilized my ankle and wrist. Helped pain right away. Stays on for 3 days with showering if you follow the directions. I have very sensitive skin so it does leave marks on my skin like other tape. Highly recommended from someone who suffers severe pain. Have not tried this on my spine yet. Will update when I do.

I purchased this tape several times. It’s a little tricky because it’s ot as heavy as the others but it works and it is waterproof. My issue is the last box I received had only 2 rolls of tape and NOT 3. I emailed the seller and never got a response let alone my 3rd roll of tape. I liked the tape but I don’t feel confident that I’ll be getting 3 rolls everytime I order.

I have tried several brands of kinesiology tape over the years, and this is by far my favorite. I ordered it because of the price point – I needed a LOT of tape to cope with a recent fall. I have found this tape to be perfectly sticky – it adheres to the skin under my clothes and through multiple showers, but easily removes when I need to change the shape of the treatment. I have had other tapes take off skin with removal, or burn my skin, leaving a print of the adhesive for days after removal. My sensitive skin has had no reaction to this tape, even after leaving it on for several days. When I first opened the tape and saw the material was a silky nylon-type fabric, I wondered if it would be breathable or durable enough. I love that feature now. This fabric hasn’t frayed yet, unlike all the big name cotton tapes, which I usually have to trim daily as the tails wear off and unravel. It dries quickly after a shower, and my skin hasn’t complained about being stifled in any way (no rash, itching, burning). I have tried this tape on many body parts already (It was a pretty good fall). I was shocked to see the bruising on my arm completely dissipated under the tape, while the areas between the thin “drainage tails” were still purple and yellow. The tape is supportive, too, seeming to help my mobility in the injured shoulder and lessen the ache during the day. I even taped my husband’s shoulder to neck, thinking it wouldn’t last long as the top anchor is at the edge of his hairline. It’s still there two days later. I’m impressed. The only problem I’ve had with this tape is that I tried to do a rib wrap on the injured side, and one of the vertical support sections was anchored on the edge of one end to the soft fluffy tissue on the front of my chest (I am female). I developed a rash in that spot. I can’t really blame that on the tape, however, but on my clumsy instruction to my taping assistant on that day. That type of flesh just isn’t anchor material. I am very pleased with this purchase over all. I have started my second roll of the three in the box, and I will have tape left over for whatever little sore spot shows up next. This tape is going to be a staple in my self-care kit from now on.

I was skeptical when I first heard about this stuff. However after trying it, it really did help. I recommended it to my sister who just had a baby. It really does help and you don’t even really feel that it’s there when you’re working out. Worked wonders with my shoulder!

I am a physical therapist and have used many brands of tape. This tape is by far the most durable, adhesive and easy to apply. The best feature is after showering, my patients are happy how fast the tape dries. I hope to see it in medical ordering supplies soon.

This kinesiology tape is so easy to use, especially with the helpful instructional videos offered. It’s great with easing the pressure of my very pregnant belly from my back. It’s comfortable to sleep in and a cinch to take off. I recommend these to any pregnant mama wanting to relieve their pain a bit!

This is exactly what I was looking for! I’ve rried many different tapes and it was either gives me skin irritation or not enough support. But this doesn’t give me any skin irritations and gives me the support that I need. I highly recommend!

This tape allows free movement while supporting the strained muscles, I suffer from shin splints often and this tape is a must have for training like I do. This tape will be your best friend if you suffer from strain or overuse of muscles. Even if you are a little sore or you just need a little more support this tape is awesome!

I was very pleased with this product. I thought it was priced right for the amount of product received. I was very pleased with the overall quality of this item. If you have children or even for yourself this is a great product to keep on hand for those little miss haps.

Have ordered this multiple times. It is thin & very sticky so it adds great support to my wrists which is what I use it for, both for yoga & golf. Even in the summer it is not too hot, supports well & lasts all day! Shipping is fast, seems to last along time with how often I use it.

I’ve had some knee problems during and after jogging, I’m glad I gave this kinesiology sport tape a try. I watched a simple how to video and it showed me how to properly apply it. Then I was off on a jog. I’ve used it 5 times already and so far so good. I’m not having the pain I used too.

The adhesive does not irritate my skin when on or in taking off. I can shower and the tape stays on for days. My pain is relieved while wearing the tape. I feel more stable while it’s on.
